The FINANCIAL – Adjara Group is a leading Georgian company in hospitality, lifestyle development and ‘agropreneurship’. The company has gained international recognition for trend-setting establishments and entrepreneurial projects through developing and managing such lifestyle brands as Rooms Hotels, Stamba Hotel and Fabrika Hostel.

In addition to redefining the country’s hospitality industry, Adjara Group is leading one of the biggest agricultural and farming projects – The Udabno Project – in the region of Kakheti. Based on 5,000 hectares of land the company aims to develop the area into farmable land and, with the help of the local population, establish it as an agricultural hub and a sustainable tourism destination.

This year, Adjara Group is opening a new Rooms Hotel in the picturesque mountainous region of Kokhta-Mitarbi. The ski-in/ski-out Rooms Hotel Kokhta is a combination of rustic charm and traditional luxury.

The company has also announced the development of a new project in the historic resort of Abastumani. The iconic building of an old sanatorium, initially constructed in 1924, will be transformed into Rooms Hotel Abastumani.

The project aims at integrating artists, manufacturers, educators, entrepreneurs and professionals of diverse backgrounds into a synergistic ecosystem. Radio City is an extensive territory of 12 hectares which will be used – amongst other things – for international festivals, exhibitions, art fairs, artists’ residencies, co-working spaces, creative ateliers and studios.

The core of Adjara Group’s corporate culture is education and professional development. Therefore, the company has decided to create an educational platform Adjara Group Academy for aspiring professionals from Georgia and perhaps even beyond the country. The Academy will soon be launched with its first vocational training programme ‘The Cooking School’.

Indeed, the future of Adjara Group seems diverse and colourful with an extensive portfolio of projects. The company has become a pioneer in urban and rural development with an ability to turn even the most remote and underdeveloped regions across the country into sustainable
