The FINANCIAL — A presidential candidate and leader of the Party of Regions Viktor Yanukovych forecasts that the negotiations on the creation of new Verkhovna Rada coalition will start on February 9, he told the 1+1 TV channel on January 31.
He also said that the dismissal of Yurii Lutsenko is individual position of 231 deputies.
Yanukovych also said that possible new coalition will be authorized to nominate the candidacy of the prime minister.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, on January 28, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine removed Lutsenko from the post of interior affairs minister by 231 MPs' votes at an extraordinary session on January 28.
On the same day, the Cabinet of Ministers appointed Lutsenko as the first deputy interior affairs minister / acting interior affairs minister.
