The FINANCIAL — On Thursday, April 7, President Viktor Yanukovych will take floor with annual speech at the Verkhovna Rada, first deputy chairman of the parliament Adam Martyniuk said.
The vice speaker reminded that in compliance with the Regulations of the parliament, in frames of annual speech of the President, no questions, answers and discussions are envisioned.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, in 2010, Yanukovych refused to take floor at the Verkhovna Rada.
On November 1, 2010, he appointed Presidential Administration head Serhii Liovochkyn as the head of the workgroup for preparation of the annual speech to the Verkhovna Rada.
