The project included a Hearing Week in Ozurgeti, where up to 25 families received free consultations and therapy; The charity Foundation AI IA and the Georgian-German Music Therapy Center Bekari, in cooperation with the Ozurgeti City Hall, provided consultations to people with special needs within the framework of habilitation/rehabilitation. Counseling was provided for families and children with hearing impairment and speech problems; Music therapy sessions were conducted for children with psycho-emotional problems. A discussion session was held by neuropsychologists for parents.
Within the framework of this project, a memorandum was signed with the Ozurgeti Municipality, which provides support for programs and services for people with special needs. The document was signed by the Mayor of Ozurgeti Avtandil Talakvadze, the director of the charity Foundation AI IA Nana Gotua and the administrative director of the Georgian-German music therapy center Bekari Marina Raidt-Altunashvili.
