The FINANCIAL — Elit Electronics has been present on the market for the past 23 years. During this time, the brands that it represents as well as the company itself, have undergone great changes: they have expanded their network of shops; created and introduced new concept stores; increased the list of electronics categories; and signed a memorandum of cooperation with several leading brands, whose official representative in Georgia has become Elit Electronics. All of the above-mentioned changes have led to the repositioning and replacement of the brand and strategic platform.
“The rebranding of the company is actually a reflection of the achievements that Elit Electronics has already accomplished in this period. In the last two decades, the company’s area of operations has grown impressively, and it is now the market’s undeniable leader. Rebranding is a reflection of the achievements and future plans of the company,” Lado Jobava, CEO of Elit Electronics, told The FINANCIAL.
Elit Electronics’s marketing team worked on a new strategic platform. Based on the platform, the logo has also been changed.
“A change of logo is nothing if it does not have the right background. Over the years the company’s communications strategy has been improved and rejuvenated; the age group of the target segment has also lowered. This was reflected in the recent advertisements and other promotional materials. Consequently, we added graphic forms to the logo of Elit Electronics that reflect the modern trends of the design. Most importantly, one part of the typography – “ELIT” – has become monumental compared to the second half – “ELECTRONICS” – as the brand focuses primarily on the exclusivity of its products and services,” Jobava said.
Elit Electronics is the largest trading network in the electronics insustry and represents the largest range of products. According to the CEO, many new projects are planned which are oriented at the improved comfort of customers and fully respond to the existing market requirements.
“Elit Electronics is a place for all generations. Consequently, in recent years, modern trends in communications strategy have led to the fact that the main communications channel of Elit Electronics does not only comprise TV, but also digital media, and the new logo style is tailored to this media too,” said Lado Jobava.
The aim of the brand is to increase the household level on the Georgian market. The main value of the company is to advance and progress towards development.
“We believe that development and progress are created by the people and individuals who enable technological development today. Elit Electronics makes technological development and progress affordable in Georgia. That’s why the main communications message of the brand is “Look Ahead,” Lado Jobava, CEO of Elit Electronics, told The FINANCIAL.
