The e-Commerce Association has established an e-Commerce Academy in partnership with TBC and USAID Economic Security Program.
The e-Commerce Academy is an educational initiative in the field of professional training aimed at developing digital capabilities and skills for micro, small and medium-sized businesses and job seekers at various stages of the e-commerce cycle.
The goal of the e-Commerce Academy is to facilitate the introduction and development of e-commerce in micro, small and medium-sized companies by providing a supply of qualified and professional staff.
The academy provides a 4-month intensive training program for novice e-commerce managers. The program includes a 14-week training cycle that will be implemented twice a year. Within the training cycle, 25 students, including 5 students – young people with special needs who will receive funding, will learn and master the fundamental aspects of e-commerce, theoretical models, management mechanisms and ways, and digital e-learning in general through the theoretical and practical mentoring program.
The start date of the first course is March 2022; the training program of the academy will be piloted in March-June and will be adapted according to the received feedback.
Graduates of the program, who will receive the qualification of Strategic Manager of the e-Commerce Association, will be able to design, plan, implement and manage an e-commerce strategy based on the needs of the company.
The project plans to develop a training program tailored to the needs of the e-commerce academy, find partner academic, private and public organizations, and most importantly, create an online learning platform. To provide access to e-commerce training, the academy will be represented by both physical training and online training modules.
The e-commerce educational modules will be posted on the online platform by both the e-commerce academy and other third parties.
