VIENNA. Lithuania’s President Dalia Grybauskaite will address a Special Session of the OSCE Permanent Council on Wednesday, 13 April.
The President’s speech is expected to focus on the priorities of Lithuania during the 2011 Chairmanship of the OSCE.
The Permanent Council is one of the main regular decision-making bodies of the OSCE. It convenes weekly in Vienna to discuss developments in the OSCE area and to make appropriate decisions.
Journalists are invited to cover the speech, set to start at 10a.m. on Wednesday, 13 April, in the Hofburg Congress Centre's Neuer Saal.
