The start of a new year is the perfect time to put this into action, especially when such a luxurious residence as King David is offering a New Year sale of 12% to simplify one’s membership as a KDR complex resident.
Many look at the New Year as a way of starting something new or even getting rid of old habits. This could be as simple and effective as resolving to go to the gym regularly, or working towards improving one’s health. With the King David Residence you can expect only the best for your wellbeing.
To find out more, The FINANCIAL talked with Teona Bagaturia, Head of the Marketing Department at King David multifunctional complex, who reviewed the previous year as well as outlined the company’s upcoming projects for 2020.
According to Bagaturia, 2019 was a diverse and lively year for KDR because of the variety of new facilities it introduced. A new co-working space – ‘KD4US’ was opened, which offers a useful, multifunctional workspace for companies, entrepreneurs, and outsourced staff members.
Brand new Italian Restaurant ‘XVII • Seventeen’ was launched on the 17th floor – a great place to soak up the city’s vibrant atmosphere and enjoy panoramic views.
Proud to be one of the country’s largest conference rooms, ‘Sky Hall’ has now opened in King David Business Center, outfitted with modern meeting equipment and supplies that can host up to 120 guests.
