Online travel guide Travel Lemming names Tbilisi to position #22 on its annual list of the world’s 50 best travel destinations.
Denver, USA (November 7, 2023) – Tbilisi, Georgia has been named the 22nd best place to travel in the world in 2024 by Travel Lemming, a US-based online travel guide read by more than 10 million travelers.
Released today, the annual list of 50 best places to travel highlights emerging destinations and hidden gems around the world.
The article calls Tbilisi “a modern capital of an ancient land,” and says that it “celebrates its culture through folk melodies, traditional dances, and unbelievable food and wine.” It cites taking a Georgian food and wine tour, riding the Funicular, and watching Georgian folk dances as some of the best things to do in the city.
