Beeline started taking preventive measures as soon as the pandemic started and was actively involved in the fight against the spread of the virus. The company continues to take care of its employees and customers today and aims to gain the status ofa “Covid Safe” company.
Since 5 July, the internal communication platform “Workplace by Facebook” has been actively campaigning information, which is dedicated to motivating their employees to get vaccinated and raising awareness about the vaccination. The aim of the campaign is for employees to obtain verified information, backed up by facts and statistics, and to make informed decisions by themselves.
A survey was conducted at the beginning of the campaign and a weekly survey has been conducted since then to find out what employees think about the vaccinations, whether they have already been vaccinated and whether they intend to getvaccinated. Regularly updated survey results help the company run its information campaign properly.
As part of the campaign, Beeline systematically provides employees with information about the vaccination process within the company, as well as in the country and around the world. With the involvement of relevant professionals and visiting doctors, it answers frequently asked questions online, informs employees about the benefits available to vaccinated people in the country, and more. A virtual library is available for each employee at the Workplace, where information on virus management and vaccination is gathered.
Beeline’s internal online talk show Сoffee Break hosts weekly vaccinated employees who are ready to get involved in the campaign, talk about their attitudes and share experiences with colleagues. Much of the company’s regional tour also focused on raising awareness about the vaccination with calls for people to “Get a vaccination”.
An important part of the internal communication campaign is the motivation of employees and, in addition, their involvement in vaccination promotion activities. Photo-video contest “I am vaccinated” is being held for this purpose. Employees can participate both as a team and individually. According to the rules of the competition, vaccinated employees of Beeline at Workplace share emotional photo-video material taken by them, which reflects their mood after getting the vaccination or theirdesire to return to the old way of life. The number of winners will be much higher than the traditional trio; they will be revealed by a specially selected jury and will be awarded with a variety of prizes. Part of the teamwork turned out to be even more motivating – employees of Beeline stores, small teams or large departments compete with each other for coveted safe team status and a shared prize.
The Beeline team’s attitude towards vaccination is evident in itseveryday communication. The spokespeople of the campaign are not only the representatives of the company’s management, but also the employees themselves, and their messages are clear and unchanged – vaccination brings us closer to each other and to the end of the pandemic. Each vaccinated person makes an important, personal contribution not only to solving the problem facing their own family or country, but also to solving the world’s problem, and today it is the only way to defeat this invisible enemy.
“Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have taken special responsibility for the safety of our employees, their family members and customers. We have carried out a number of important activities in this direction. Now that vaccination in the country has entered an active phase, we have even more opportunities to create a safe environment. Our goal, with each other’s support and motivation, is to secure the status of a safe company soon and to contribute to ending the pandemic,” says Beeline.
The number of Beeline employees that are vaccinated is growing day by day, which well reflects the overall spirit of the team and its high social responsibility.
