The FINANCIAL — Tickets are now on sale for Vueling’s new route between Birmingham and the Andalusian city of Malaga, to be launched this winter.
Services will begin on November 1st operating every Tuesday and Saturday offering 15,120 seats from Birmingham Airport. Flights will be operated by an Airbus A320 aircraft with capacity for 180 passengers, according to Birmingham.
Vueling, a member of the International Airlines Group (IAG) started its operation from Birmingham Airport in May 2015, with direct services to Barcelona. Following the success of Barcelona, the airline announced two new routes which will start in June: Alicante, with up to two weekly flights, and Tenerife, with up to three weekly services. With these three routes, Vueling is offering more than 97,600 seats between the months of April and October.
