The FINANCIAL — The pupils of the French Schools of Tbilisi visited the Head Office of Bank Republic last Friday.
The representatives of Bank Republic introduced the structure and specifics of the bank to the senior pupils of The French School of Caucasus and Marie Brosset School. The pupils who are now making their career choices had an opportunity to become familiar with the types of banking products and services, the bank’schief functions and the professions and skills required to perform bank duties.
The pupils met with Mr. Christian Carmagnolle, CEO, Mr. Luc Desreumaux, COO, as well as the managers of various functional units. They briefed the youngsters about the scope of their work and were eager to answer their questions. The guests enjoyed a tour around the operations hall of the Central Branch, the training center and were introduced to the client service process. The meetings were held in the French and Georgian languages.

The questions they asked make us think that they became rather interested in what our bank is doing. Bank Republic, as a socially responsible institution, is eager to help the youngsters’ aspiration to acquire knowledge, the formation of their interests and to actively participate in the setting of their future goals. Cooperation between business sector and educational institutions is a common western practice. We will continue to organize interesting events for students in the future as well.
